The seller of goods is the company CREATED BY I AM SIA established under the laws of Republic of Latvia, registered with Latvian Commercial register under the Nr. 40203158814, provides the available content on www.createdbyiam.com, hereafter called Webpage, and renders service under the terms of payment, delivery and in compliance with terms and conditions of returning the purchase that can be found in Webpage. By using the Webpage customers confirm that they have read, understood and agree to comply with the terms. If a customer purchases Goods, offered in Created by I Am Webpage, via Internet then such a mutual agreement is considered as a Distance contract and it is subject to the regulations on Distance contract, including, but not limited to European Parliament and Council Directive 97/7/EEC on the protection of customers in respect of distance contracts, “Consumer Rights Protection Law” of Republic of Latvia, and “Regulations regarding Distance Contracts” issued by The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia.

PRICE POLICY
The currency used is Euro (EUR) for all countries. VAT is included in all our prices and will be based on the country the order will be shipped to. Please note that all prices and product information on the Created by I Am Online Store are subject to change.
COLOURS
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the Goods shown on the Webpage. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor/device settings, we can not guarantee the 100% color matching with the actual Goods.
Ordering and Payment
After you chose items you would like to buy and click „Confirm Order”, an e-mail confirmation will be sent. We accept just PayPal. There might be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you. We do not share payment information with third parties except for the purposes of processing payment for products and services you’ve ordered and as required by law.

AVAILABILITY OF THE GOODS
The product range is available and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site and in stock. Indications on the availability are provided during the ordering process. Errors or modifications may occasionally occur in exceptional circumstances and the customer will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible to fullfil the order in the best possible time and way.
RETURN OF THE GOODS TERMS
If you are not satisfied with the purchase, we offer FREE RETURN POLICY for products without any additional charges. Created by I Am accepts to change the goods if it is returned unpacked, with all labels, clean, neat, not damaged and with the original packaging. In case you want to change the ordered goods, please, add the receipt or bill and a letter, where you have indicated your name, last name, and the reason why you want to return the particular item. Please mention also if you would like to receive another item to replace the returned one or to return your money. DELIVERY PROCEDURE
We are happy to offer you Shipping by Latvian Post service and Omniva LTD Parcel terminal services. Most orders will ship out within 2-3 days after ordering, except the national holidays (please, note that we currently do not offer the possibility to collect the orders yourself), Your order will be shipped via the shipping method You have chosen during the check out process. The place of the delivery is deemed to be the address that the customer indicates to Created by I Am. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot take the responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.
